Drop a small amount into the palms and rub in gently. Cup over the nose and inhale the essence. Alternatively drop onto the wrist pulse points. Rub in and inhale the essence. Not designed for use on the face. Avoid contact with sensitive skin. Store in a cool dry place. Use within 6 months of opening.
