Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom salt) induces perspiration and encourages elimination of metabolic/acidic waste through the pores of the skin. The Himalayan salt will help remove toxins, reduce signs of aging and detox the body from heavy metals, whilst softening skin. This salt glow soak will encourage chemical detox by neutralising excess electrical charge in the body and counter the effects of low level radiation and aid a restful sleep. Both body and mind will benefit from the relaxing, soothing and uplifting scents of the essential oils. If you do not have a bath, this product can also give similar beneficial results when used in a foot bath.

Shake contents well before use to disperse evenly the salts in the oils. Empty the contents of one lid full of salts into a freshly drawn hot bath. Alternatively, pour the same amount into a basin for a foot soak). Allow for the salts to dissolve. Soak for 15-20 minutes before cleansing (soap will interfere with the benefit of the salt). Use no more than one lid full per bath or foot bath and half the amount for sensitive skin. Consult a physician before use if pregnant. This salt glow can be used once or twice per week. Due to high salt content, do not apply to broken or sensitive skin. Take care when leaving the shower or bath tub as the oils will cause the surface to become slippery. To preserve the delicate nature of the oils, store in a cool dark dry place with lid in place and take care not to introduce water to the jar. Use within 3 months of opening.
