Press the bulb to draw up oil into the pipette and drop into a freshly drawn bath or foot bath. Repeat 3 times. Agitate the water to evenly spread the oils. Step in and Inhale the essence to gain the benefit of the strengthening essential oils. Not designed for use on the face. Avoid contact with sensitive skin. Store in a cool dry place Use within 6 months of opening.
